As SpectraCorp has grown and evolved it is now focused on the healthcare market. Paul’s passion is fostering strong relationships with both current and prospective clients. Dedicated to a culture of collaboration, with a commitment to excellence, SpectraCorp has built a customer base on the Rural Healthcare Program side of the business with over 475 healthcare organizations, helping our clients secure subsidies of over $70 million each year.
Prior to founding SpectraCorp, Paul worked for MCI Telecommunications in Sales and Sales Management in Tulsa, OK. During his tenure at MCI, Paul gained invaluable foundational knowledge which paved the way for his future success in creating SpectraCorp.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Paul graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Administration.
At SpectraCorp, Lisa is known for her dedication to continuous improvement and innovation. She consistently develops solutions to streamline and automate processes, fostering collaboration across departments. Her leadership empowers a high-performing operations team, driving success and efficiency throughout the organization.
Here at SpectraCorp Tom was promoted to Technical Sales Manager soon after serving as an Account Manager. He then advanced to the role of Director of the Rural Healthcare Program, where he successfully built up many of our largest accounts. His unique blend of technical skills and relationship management has made him a vital liaison for supporting larger and more complex hospital systems. Today he manages our largest customers and mentors our Account Managers on the program.
Currently, Tom holds the position of Vice President of the Rural Healthcare Program at SpectraCorp. In this role, he oversees the Rural Healthcare Program, manages our IT requirements, serves as our Database Administrator (DBA), and develops innovative solutions to streamline and automate processes for maximum efficiency.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Art, Computer Science/Mathematics degree from Austin College in Sherman, TX.
Mark’s technical background combined with his ability to provide project level solutions has made him a valuable asset to SpectraCorp and the roll out of SpectraCorp’s equipment subsidy process.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
Lisa graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Accounting. She also has a BA in English from Grinnell College.
Originally from upstate NY, Salena graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership
